Week 4

Saturday, September 24th, 2022:

Buffalo Vs E. Michigan

Vegas: E. Michigan -4.5

College Football Game Picker: E. Michigan by 11.28

E. Michigan bullied Arizona St. this past weekend causing Arizona St. Coach Herm Edwards to be sent packing. E. Michigan was able to control the tempo throughout the game using its strong running game. E. Michigan will be able to do much of the same against 0-3 Buffalo’s 92nd ranked rush defense. Buffalo won’t be able to get much going on offense with its 112th ranked rush offense and 78th ranked pass offense. Look for Buffalo to cover the spread in this one at home.

Saturday, September 24th, 2022:

Navy Vs E. Carolina

Vegas: E. Carolina -16.5

College Football Game Picker: E. Carolina by 28.22

After losing a nail biter to NC State the opening weekend, ECU dominated Old Dominion and blew out Campbell the past two weekends. Navy has looked horrible losing its first two games with its one-dimensional running offense. ECU’s 14th ranked rush defense should be able to keep Navy in check on offense. Meanwhile, ECU will have a huge advantage with its 40th ranked pass offense against the 131st ranked pass defense of Navy. Navy has a whopping -20 against the spread average thus far this year. Look for ECU to cover the spread in this one.

Saturday, September 24th, 2022:

Ball St. Vs GA Southern

Vegas: GA Southern -8

College Football Game Picker: GA Southern by 17.75

GA Southern beat Nebraska two weeks ago to cost Nebraska head Coach Scott Frost his job. GA Southern should be able to move the ball at will on Ball States’s 109th ranked rush defense and 109th ranked pass defense. GA Southern should be able to slow down the passing offense of Ball State with its 54th ranked pass defense. Ball State’s 93rd ranked rush offense won’t be able to expose the poor rush defense of GA Southern. Look for GA Southern to have a bounce back game and cover the spread at home.

Saturday, September 24th, 2022:

Arkansas Vs Texas A&M

Vegas: Texas A&M -2.5

College Football Game Picker: Arkansas by 0.14

This is a neutral site game that will be played at Jerry World in Arlington, Texas. Texas AM after losing to Appalachian St. in week two was able to rebound against a good Miami team this past weekend. Arkansas was looking past Missouri St, but ultimately handled business last weekend. Arkansas’s glaring weakness this year has been its 126th ranked pass defense. Texas A&M won’t be able to expose the weakness with its 123rd ranked pass offense. Meanwhile, Arkansas will have a huge advantage with its 6th ranked rush offense going against the 90th ranked rush defense of Texas A&M. Look for Arkansas to cover the spread in this one.

Saturday, September 24th, 2022:

Florida Atl. Vs Purdue

Vegas: Purdue -18.5

College Football Game Picker: Purdue by 25.31

Purdue lost a nail biter at Syracuse last weekend, but should match up really well against Florida Atl. Purdue will have a huge mismatch with its 4th ranked pass offense going against the 112th ranked pass offense of Florida Atl. The Strength of Schedule also favors Purdue (30th) in a big way versus the 111th SOS rating of Florida Atl. Purdue should be able to keep the Florida Atl. offense in check with its 40th ranked rush defense. Look for 30th ranked Purdue to roll in this one at home over 96th ranked Florida Atl. and cover the spread.

Saturday, September 17th, 2022:

Southern Cal Vs Oregon St.

Vegas: Southern Cal -5.5

College Football Game Picker: Southern Cal by 13.45

Both of these teams have played well to start the season going 3-0 respectively. This will be one of the better Week 4 matchups. USC will have a glaring mismatch in this game with its 17th ranked pass offense going against the 98th ranked pass defense of Oregon St. USC should be able to move the ball on the ground when needed as well. Oregon St. will have to rely on its passing offense to keep up with USC and won’t fair well with its 47th ranked pass offense going against the 41st ranked pass defense of USC. Look for Coach USC Lincoln Riley and the Trojans to keep rolling covering the spread in this game in the PAC 12 this weekend.
