UTSA should be able to move the ball efficiently both through the air (13th ranked pass offense going against the 107th ranked pass defense) and ground (48th ranked rush offense going against the 100th ranked rush defense). N. Texas will score some points but look for UTSA to cover the spread in this one at home.

Kansas St. Vs TCU

Both of these teams are coming into this game red hot. TCU rolled over an Iowa St. team last weekend that had the look of a team that had quit on their coach. Kansas St. Kansas St. has won three in a row in convincing fashion and has peaked at the right time. On paper these two teams match up pretty much evenly. Both have an advantage with their running games. Kansas St. has a slightly better defense than TCU and will get the neutral site instead of having to play the game at TCU. Look for Kansas St. to keep the game close and cover the spread in this one.

Fresno St. Vs Boise St.

Fresno St. has had a cupcake schedule the last several weeks of the season and will have a false sense of confidence coming in. Boise St. will be able to move the ball on the ground with its 26th ranked rush offense going against the 78th ranked rush defense of Fresno St. Fresno St. is a pass first team that will struggle against the 2nd ranked pass defense of Boise St. Look for Boise St. to cover the spread in this one at home.
