Premium Picks are made public once the games are played.

Week 5

(Saturday, October 3rd ) –  Missouri Vs Tennessee

(Vegas  Tennessee -11 )      (Game Picker Tennessee by 15.39 )

Tennessee is riding some confidence with a seven-game winning streak, the longest of any Power Five team in the country. Missouri was getting dominated by Alabama last weekend before Alabama called off the horses. Tennessee will have a veteran offense with 9 starters back including the 5th ranked offensive line. Missouri will struggle against the veteran Vol defense. Tennessee had a shortened practice schedule in the preseason due to Covid-19 but seems to have worked out the kinks against South Carolina last week. Look for Tennessee to cover the spread in this one.

(Saturday, October 3rd ) –  N. Carolina Vs Boston College

(Vegas  N. Carolina -12.5 )      (Game Picker N. Carolina by 17.75 )

It’s almost been a month since N. Carolina played its first game against Syracuse. N. Carolina showed some rust against Syracuse but was ultimately able to pull away in a yawner gaining 463 yards in offense. N. Carolina is stacked on both sides of the ball and will absolutely be the more talented team on the field. Boston College struggled against lowly Texas St. last week while being outgained in yardage, but still managed to pull out a 3 point win. Look for N. Carolina to cover the spread in this one as N. Carolina head coach Mack Brown will be treating this as a season opener.

(Saturday, October 3rd ) –  Oklahoma St Vs Kansas

(Vegas  Oklahoma St -20.5 )      (Game Picker Oklahoma St by 30.51 )

Oklahoma St. is off to a shaky 2-0 start, but will look to explode against the undermanned Kansas. Oklahoma St. is starting to get healthy and is sporting a 1-2 punch with running backs Chubba Hubbard and LD Brown. Oklahoma St. is expected to have QB Spencer Sanders back after an ankle injury in the season opener. If not, backup Shane Illingworth filled in well last week going 19/26 for  218 yards passing. Kansas was blown out by Baylor last week 47-14. Look for Oklahoma St to cover the spread in this one.

(Saturday, October 3rd ) –  W. Kentucky Vs Middle Tenn.

(Vegas  W. Kentucky -7 )      (Game Picker W. Kentucky by 9.87 )

Western Kentucky’s QB Tyrell Pigrome (Maryland transfer) has played well passing for 193 yards and 3TDs, while running for another 62 yards last week against a solid Liberty team. Meanwhile, Middle Tenn., is off to an 0-3 start getting blown out by Army and Troy and then losing to UTSA. Western Kentucky returns 9 starters on defense and should be able to slow down Middle Tenn. Look for Western Kentucky to cover the spread in this one.

(Saturday, October 3rd ) –  Oklahoma Vs Iowa St

(Vegas  Oklahoma -7 )      (Game Picker Oklahoma by 17.74 )

Oklahoma will be playing with a purpose after getting shocked by Kansas St last week. Oklahoma has averaged 562 yards a game on offense. Defense has been the issue for Oklahoma. Oklahoma was gashed for some big pass plays that will be shored up in practice this week. OU QB Spencer Rattler had a couple of costly interceptions as well. Iowa St has a very poor offensive line this year and has not given the time needed to produce very good passing results as seen in the La Lafayette upset game. Look for Oklahoma to get back on track and cover the spread in this one.
