I’m giving you three free picks for the weekend that use the College Football Game Picker prediction along with the injury/suspension and weather reports to form incredibly solid picks. The College Football Game Picker went 30-19-3 last week and 3-0 for the three free weekend picks. Click on the green images to see the detailed analysis for each game including how the offenses and defenses matchup against one another statistically.

Game 1:  Minnesota  vs Northwestern  (Vegas  Northwestern -3.5)

Minnesota is banged up on the defensive side of the ball. Northwestern should be able to run the ball on Minnesota with a great deal of success. The Northwestern defense matches up well against the Minnesota offense.   The strength of schedule and against the spread average are much better for Northwestern as well. Look for Northwestern to cover the spread in this one.

Game 2:  Arizona St vs UCLA  (Vegas  UCLA -13.5)

(Game Picker  UCLA by 17.71 )

These are two teams going in two different directions. UCLA blew out Arizona by 26 points last week. Arizona St was demolished by USC 42-14. Arizona may be able to keep it from being a blow out by keeping the ball on the ground against UCLA. But UCLA will be able to cover the spread as the UCLA offense will dominate the Arizona St defense on the ground and in the air.

Game 3:  Texas Tech vs Baylor  (Vegas  Baylor -14.5)

(Game Picker  Baylor by 16.75  )

Texas Tech was able to play with TCU last week almost winning in a shootout. The difference in this game is that Baylor has a stout defense. Baylor’s offense will destroy the Texas Tech defense that gave up 55 points and 750 yards to TCU last week. Look for Baylor to roll in this one easily covering the spread.
