The team highlighted in green is the team predicted to cover the Vegas spread listed. The picks and Vegas spreads will generally be locked down Friday at 5PM to get a better gauge on the percentage correct each week. Georgia St matches up well with Idaho with its strengths and weaknesses. Idaho starts with the pass offense (41st), but Georgia St has the (7th) ranked pass defense in the country. Georgia St has the an advantage on offense with the (45th) ranked pass offense going up against the (114th) ranked pass defense of Idaho. Look for Georgia St to cover the spread in this one.

Vegas has really stretched this line out because of the all the press about Alabama. Look for this to be a much closer game than the Vegas line. Alabama wins, but Florida will cover the spread in this one.
