Texas A&M is a team that not many people are talking about but is loaded on both sides of the ball. The strength of Arizona State’s offense is their passing game. Unfortunately for Arizona State, Texas A&M has the 7th ranked defensive backs in the nation. Texas A&M will have a huge advantage on offense with both their passing game and running game. Arizona St. will not be able to stop the Texas A&M offense and will struggle on offense. Look for Texas A&M to cover the spread in this one.

Arizona Vs BYU
Vegas: BYU -7.5
College Football Game Picker: BYU by 20.07
BYU is really strong on both sides of the ball this year. BYU should be able to move the ball on the ground efficiently with its 19th ranked offensive line, 24th ranked running backs, and 19th ranked QB. The weak linebackers of Arizona will not be able to stop the ground game of BYU. Arizona has a good QB but not much else on offense. BYU is loaded on defense with 9 veteran defensive starters back. Look for BYU to cover the spread at home in this one.

Memphis Vs Boise St.
Vegas: Boise St. -7.5
College Football Game Picker: Boise St. by 16.22
Memphis started the season with two wins over UNLV and Arkansas St. Boise St lost a close game to Oregon in its opener. Boise St was able to move the ball up and down the field on a highly rated Oregon defense and should have no problem putting up points on Memphis. Memphis has an average offense that will find the going tougher against a solid Boise St defense at home on the blue field. The coaching factor is also huge here. Look for Boise St. to cover the spread at home in this one.

Iowa St. Vs Iowa
Vegas: Iowa -13.5
College Football Game Picker: Iowa by 22.58
Iowa showed off its more than capable defense by shutting out Northern Illinois in Week 1. Iowa also put up 40 points with its bruising running game. Iowa State will struggle to get anything going on offense as Iowa has the 4th ranked defensive backs and will be able to stack the box against the Iowa St below average running game. Iowa St only returns 4 total starters and will struggle in this rivalry game. Look for Iowa State to cover the spread in this one.

Oklahoma Vs Michigan
Vegas: Oklahoma -4.5
College Football Game Picker: Oklahoma by 15.68
Michigan was gift wrapped a win last week by the Big 10. Meanwhile, Oklahoma took care of business against UTEP winning 51-0. Oklahoma should be able to move the ball through the air with its 9th ranked QB, 30 ranked offensive line, and 13th ranked receivers going against the 75th ranked defensive backs of Michigan. Michigan couldn’t move the ball against W. Michigan last week and will struggle again against the stout Oklahoma defense. Look for Oklahoma to cover this one on the road with its air game advantage.

Wake Forest Vs Purdue
Vegas: Wake Forest -2.5
College Football Game Picker: Wake Forest by 9.50
Wake Forest got by Akron last week 38-14. Purdue played an FCS school in Indiana St. Wake Forest should be able to keep the Purdue offense in check with its experienced defense (returned 9 starters) going against a very poor Purdue offense. The Wake Forest offense is inexperienced but does have a talented QB and receivers’ group. Look for Wake Forest to cover the spread in this one with the more talented team.
