Look for Colorado St. to cover the spread in this one as New Mexico won’t be able to score many points if any.

UCLA is trending upward after a convincing victory over Arizona last weekend 34-16. UCLA will be able to move the ball on the ground with its 52nd ranked rush offense versus the 97th ranked rush defense of Washington. Look for UCLA to cover the spread in this one.

This will be the 17th ranked Texas A&M Aggies versus the 76th ranked Missouri Tigers with an -8.5 point spread for the Texas A&M. Vegas is cheating the line thinking Texas A&M will have a let down after their huge win against Alabama. The letdown won’t happen as Texas A&M will have a huge mismatch with its rapidly improving running game going against the 128th ranked rush defense of Missouri. Missouri got smoked by the running game of Tennessee a couple of weeks back. Look for Texas A&M to cover the spread in this one.
(Saturday, October 16th ) – TCU Vs Oklahoma

Oklahoma found something in the second half of the Red River Rivalry last weekend that they had been missing this year. OU came from behind after a 35-17 halftime deficit to beat Texas 55-48. Oklahoma will matchup well against TCU with its balanced offense going against the unusually bad TCU defense (75th pass defense and 124th rush defense). TCU’s run first offense will struggle against the 17th ranked rush defense of OU. OU has struggled with its pass defense ranking 103rd. TCU’s pass offense ranks 87th and won’t be able to take advantage of this weakness. Look for OU to cover the spread in this one at home.

Toledo matches up well against C. Michigan. C. Michigan is a pass first team and will struggle against the 27th ranked pass defense of Toledo that almost took down Notre Dame earlier in the season. Toledo has a balanced and veteran offense that will be able to take advantage of the 128th ranked pass defense of C. Michigan. Look for Toledo to take advantage of its pass defense and mismatch in the passing game to cover the spread in this one.

This is a tale of two programs going in different directions. Florida is on the rise while LSU is in a tale spin. Florida will have a huge mismatch with its 3rd ranked rush offense going against the 86th ranked rush defense of LSU. LSU has also been horrible on pass defense as well ranking 114th. LSU got rolled by Kentucky last weekend and lost its best WR in Kayshon Boutte for the year. LSU’s passing game was its one bright spot this year and will suffer against Florida without its best receiver. Look for Florida to cover the spread in this one.
