Week 3

(Friday, September 13th) North Carolina Vs Wake Forest

(Vegas  Wake Forest -3 )      (Game Picker North Carolina  by 11.59 )

North Carolina football fans are fired up for the first time in a long time. N Carolina returned a veteran offensive line and running back. The question was at QB to start the season. Freshman QB Sam Howell has been sensational so far. Mack Brown has the players believing and there will be a big North Carolina crowd at the game as well. Look for N. Carolina to continue their surprise season and cover the spread in this one.

(Saturday, September 14th)  Ohio St Vs Indiana

(Vegas  Ohio St -14 )      (Game Picker Ohio St  by 23.74  )

Ohio St is rolling after a huge win over Cincinnati last weekend. The Ohio St QB Justin Fields / RB JK Dobbins combo has been unstoppable. There is simply too much talent on the Ohio St team for Indiana to handle. Look for Ohio St to roll in this one, covering the spread easily.

Saturday (September 14th)  – Pittsburgh Vs Penn St

(Vegas  Penn St -17 )      (Game Picker Penn St by 29.05  )

This game is usually a tightly contested game that comes down to the fourth quarter. This is not that year. Penn St has a stout defense that will keep Pittsburgh in check (DLine 9th, LB 11th, and DBacks 9th). Penn St’s offense has been rolling and will continue to roll against a pedestrian Pittsburgh defense, Look for Penn St to roll in this rivalry covering the spread at home.

Saturday (September 14th)  – Army  Vs Texas San Antonio

(Vegas  Army  -15 )      (Game Picker Army  by 29.95  )

Army should have beaten Michigan last week. After a slow start against Rice, Army showed that they are very capable of have the same type of run they did last year winning 11 games. Texas San Antonio’s defense will have no answer for the Army running game that returned the 9th best offensive line in the country along with a solid QB Kelvin Hopkins and a stable of running backs. Texas San Antonio (126th ranked team) will struggle to move the ball on Army’s surprising defense. Look for Army to cover the spread in this one.

Saturday (September 14th)  – Arizona St Vs Michigan St

(Vegas  Michigan St -12 )      (Game Picker Michigan St by 14.33  )

The strength of Arizona St is supposed to be their offense. However, Arizona St struggled mightily last week against FCS Sacramento St. Michigan St has one of the best returning defenses in the country ( DLine – 4th, LB – 7th, and DB – 19th). Arizona St will not be able to completely slow down the Michigan St Senior QB Brian Lewerke – all returning offensive line combo. Michigan St will be looking to make a statement against in this out of conference game and will cover the spread in this one.

Saturday(September 7th)  – Florida  Vs Kentucky

(Vegas  Florida  -8 )      (Game Picker Florida    by 19.09  )

Kentucky had a great run last year winning 10 games. The strength of the Kentucky team was their defense. Unfortunately, Kentucky only returned 4 players from that defense. Florida only had questions at offensive line, but the rest of the team returning on both sides of the ball is covered up with talent. Kentucky will struggle to move the ball against a stout Florida defense (Dline 10th, LB 17th, and DBacks 5th). Meanwhile, Florida will be able to take advantage of its veteran laden passing game mismatch against the brand new Kentucky defensive backfield. Look for Florida to cover the spread in this one.
