Thursday (September 13th) –  Boston College Vs Wake Forest

(Vegas  Boston College -4.5  )      (Game Picker Boston College by 18.02  )

Both of these teams are 2-0, but Boston College matches up well against Wake Forest’s strengths and weaknesses. Boston College is a run first team with the 6th best offensive line and 10th best running backs in the country. Wake Forest does not have a strong run defense. Wake Forest is a pass first team, but BCs defensive backs rank 11th in the nation. Boston College will cover the spread in this one. Weather could play a role here, but should favor the running team.

Saturday (September 15th)  –    Miami FL Vs Toledo

(Vegas   Miami FL -10 )      (Game Picker Miami FL by 24.7  )

Miami looked horrible in their opener against LSU. But make no mistake, Miami is a very talented team and should have mismatches on both sides of the ball against a much less talented Toledo team. Toledo’s strength is their receivers ranking 5th in the nation. However, Miami has the 9th best defensive backs in the country to keep Toledo’s passing game in check. Miami’s offense should be able to have their way with the average at best Toledo defense. Look for Miami to cover the spread in this one.

Saturday (September 15th)  –  Vanderbilt Vs Notre Dame

(Vegas   Notre Dame -13.5 )      (Game Picker Notre Dame by 28.27  )

Notre Dame returned 9 starters on defense and have not disappointed this season. The Irish had a bit of a letdown last week against Ball St and will be ready to roll against a much less talented Vandy team. Notre Dame’s 8th ranked offensive line should be able to open plenty of holes against Vandy’s average defense. Vandy won’t be able to get much going offensively against the Irish. Look for Notre Dame to cover in this one.

Saturday (September 15th)  – Missouri Vs Purdue

(Vegas   Missouri -6 )      (Game Picker Missouri by 23.13  )

Purdue only returned 4 starters on defense and has struggled to an 0-2 start. Missouri, on the other hand, returned 9 starters on offense and is averaging right at 400 yards a game passing behind future NFL QB Drew Lock. Missouri is looking for respect after once again not being ranked in the top 25 this week. Purdue may put up some points, but won’t be able to stop the high flying Missouri offense. Look for Missouri to cover in this one.

The season is off to a great start! Let’s keep in rolling!
