This lack of balance won’t be a problem against GA Tech as the Yellow Jackets rank 116th in pass defense. Pittsburgh’s main weakness on defense this year has been its pass defense ranking 101st. GA Tech will be unable to take advantage of this weakness with its 94th ranked pass offense. Pittsburgh has played a much tougher schedule and is the much higher ranked team. Look for Pittsburgh to cover the spread in this one.<\/p>\n

Florida Atlantic has a very strong defense (31st in rush defense and 11th in pass defense) that should be able to shut down S. Mississippi just as they have other weaker offenses this year. Arizona St. has played a much more difficult schedule to this point and that should pay dividends. Arizona is the much healthier team at this point as well. Army being an independent has had a difficult time scheduling games but has this one has been marked on their schedule as they will get to host Navy at home instead of traveling to Philly this year. Army will have a tremendous mismatch with its 3rd ranked rush offense versus the 113th ranked rush defense of Navy. Navy is pretty much a rush only offense and will struggle moving the ball versus the 28th rush defense of Army. Look for Army to cover the spread in this one at home.<\/p>\n

Florida should be able to put up some points against LSU but will probably be looking to rest players after getting a lead with the SEC Championship looming next week. Look for LSU to cover the spread in this one.<\/p>\n

Hawaii has not been able to stop any running teams this year ranking 121st in rush defense. UNLV should be able to move the ball on the ground against Hawaii.
